       Joining Allison for an outdoor sunset yoga session was an experience like no other, featuring a breathtaking view that complements the serene flow of the class. Her clear instructions and authentic approach, encouraging us to move as we feel and immerse in the surrounding beauty, made for a truly unique session. The easy 15-minute walk to the sala, complete with adorable puppy and pony encounters, added to the charm. Despite the current poor air quality, it surprisingly didn't affect our experience, and the lack of mosquitoes only enhanced our enjoyment. Absolutely worth it for an unparalleled yoga experience.

     I had such a nice experience at this yoga studio and went multiple times during my stay in Vang Vieng. The teachers are so warm and welcoming and the 90 minute classes were much needed after days of hiking and travel. Also a bonus that you can use the hotel pool which is stunning and has a great view of the river!

     Took sunset yoga as well as restorative yoga with Maz. Both classes were great and highly recommended. It's cool to see the balloons fly by during the sunset class.

     Wonderful. I have booked half day retreat including herbal traditional Lao sauna, swimming in a hotel infinity pool and yoga class. Very nice way to spend half day. Alison is a wonderful host, teacher and person overall. Don’t miss this experience when in Vang Vieng 🩷

     Great value yoga classes bookable at the Silver Naga reception desk ($10). I did two candlelit yin classes with Amy, very calming and thoughtful. I heard from others that the other classes (e.g vinyasa) were equally good.

     I had a wonderful Pilates class with Allison. She responded perfectly to our needs, showed us easier alternatives and supported us mentally. The perfect balance between more strenuous sessions and more relaxing stretching sessions. I can highly recommend it!

     Ich nahm dreimal an den Kursen teil : vinyasa flow (mit Julia) und candlelight yoga (mit Allison); und nochmal vinyasa flow (mit Amy ) Jedes Mal war es richtig toll. Professionnelle Lehrerinnen, gutes Ambiente, tolles Work-out 👌🏽👍🏼 schöner großer Saal ; 11/2 Stunden für 235.000 kip. (Ausserdem kann man für das Geld auch noch Gebrauch machen vom Pool des Hotels :-) Absolut anzuraten 😄

     Really enjoyed our yoga session with Allison here. After not having practised yoga for far too long this was a great re-introduction which we loved. Will be booking another class before we leave Vang Vieng!

     I had a great yoga retreat day(every Wednesday) with super nice instructor Amy ! I had a traditional lao sauna experience(10min from silver naga hotel) and then 1.5hours yoga class in the hotel. Ask directly at hotel front or contact via instagram”yogainvangvieng” !!

Daily Classes

Morning class: 7:30 – 9:00 AM

Mid-morning class: 10:00 – 11:30 AM

Evening class: 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Special Half Day Retreats:

Wednesdays: Yoga, Sauna and Swim

2:00 – 6:30 PM

Fridays: Yoga, Temple Tour and Meditation 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
