Yoga Class Schedule

About Our Classes

Yoga in Vang Vieng classes are open to all levels, and beginners are always welcome. Our certified teachers provide clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace and feel supported throughout the practice.

Location & Setting

Our indoor classes take place at Silver Naga Hotel and are fully equipped with props to help you adjust poses comfortably. Our outdoor sessions also begin at the hotel, where students receive their mats before crossing the Nam Song River together to a yoga platform in a peaceful natural setting with exceptional views of limestone mountains, hot air balloons, and paramotors overhead.

Schedule

All standard classes are 60 minutes long unless otherwise stated. Outdoor classes are scheduled for 2 hours to allow time for the river crossing, photos, and a relaxed pace. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class for registration and set up.

Registration & Payment

To join a class, please register online or book in person at the front desk of Silver Naga Hotel. If registering in-person, please do so 15 minutes before class.

Class prices vary and can be found on our schedule. Discounted class packs of 5 and 10 sessions are also available for those with longer stays. Payment can be made online, or by cash or card (fees apply) in-person.

Outdoor Classes

Yoga in Nature

Start your day with an energizing yoga flow in a peaceful nature setting. We meet at Silver Naga Hotel and cross the Nam Song River together to practice in the fields of Viengtara, surrounded by limestone mountains and open skies. Hot air balloons and paramotors drift overhead, making this a uniquely Vang Vieng experience. After class, enjoy complimentary pastries with coffee or tea with a serene view.

Sunset Yoga

A yoga flow designed to help you unwind at the end of the day. We meet at Silver Naga Hotel and cross the river to our special outdoor practice space, with panoramic views of limestone mountains and passing hot air balloons and paramotors.

Indoor Classes

Hatha Flow

A steady, breath-led practice focused on alignment and mindful movement. Expect a balanced class that builds strength and mobility at a comfortable pace.

Ashtanga

An advanced, structured and dynamic sequence linking breath with movement to build heat, strength, and focus. This class follows a consistent format while offering options to suit different experience levels.

Slow Flow

A slower-paced flow with longer holds and mindful transitions. Ideal if you are looking to move with intention and stretch deeply without rushing.

Vinyasa Flow

A flowing, breath-synchronized practice that builds strength, flexibility, and coordination. Your teacher will set the pace and structure, while maintaining a steady rhythm between movement and breath.

Yin Yoga

A slow and grounding practice featuring long-held, supported stretches that target deeper connective tissues and encourage relaxation and mobility.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing class using props to fully support the body in gentle, long-held poses. Designed to encourage recovery and nervous system reset.

Sound Healing

A guided relaxation experience using sound vibrations to promote deep calm and rest. Participants lie comfortably while immersed in sound-based meditation. Bolsters and props are provided to ensure a comfortable experience.

AcroYoga

A playful partner-based practice combining elements of yoga, balance, and strength. Expect teamwork, communication, and a supportive group atmosphere suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
