I took my first yoga classes in 2004, and I knew that this is it. After few years of practicing in studio I started to teach my friends. I have finished two yoga teacher training (Poland, India) and many workshop. In 2009 I opened yoga school with my mom.
After three years of teaching I went to India and learn more. Yoga means to connect – mind and body together. Breath is the link. Concentration, relaxation, fun and streaching: all are very important but most important is to feel yourself as you are (meditation). Yoga is my passion and I love to share it with others.
