Tasha received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training at the Sivananda Centre of London, where she specialized in Sivananda, Hatha, and Yin styles of yoga. In her previous life, working as an interior designer in New York City, she founded a health and wellness program to introduce her colleagues to the benefits of yoga, breath work, and meditation. After her training, she went on to teach at a premiere detox and fasting retreat in Europe, and is currently traveling through Asia, sharing her passion for yoga. Tasha also leads a number of meditations, including yoga nidra, pranayama, singing bowl, mantra chanting, vipassana, and more. Her goal is to help her students unite mind and body, grow physically and spiritually, and guide them towards aplace of peace, love, and happiness – on and off the mat.
