Jake is an avid student of the body, and movement in all its forms. He grew up studying martial arts from the age of four, and later in life began to simultaneously train in ballet, hand-balancing, and acrobatics. In university, Jake studied Psychology and Kinesiology. Jake discovered Yoga at the age of fifteen, and he recognized that Yoga is an invaluable tool to retain longevity and mobility. He travelled to India to deepen his study of Yoga, and now teaches Yoga around the world, having taught in California, Costa Rica, Spain, and Sri Lanka.
